So I started taking these probiotic gummies from that brand everyone's been talking about. Mainly because I heard they help with sleep quality. I've been on them for about 3 weeks. Sleep is meh, maybe slightly better. BUT my skin has never looked better! I've had mild acne for years and it's almost completely gone. Wtf? Is this a thing? Did anyone else notice this? I'm not complaining but I'm confused lol.

Hey Finn! Vegan here. Yeah, gut health is linked to skin. It's the gut-skin axis. Probiotics can reduce inflammation and balance your microbiome, which can clear up acne. Not surprised at all. What brand are you using? I wanna check if they're vegan-friendly. Also, are they gelatin-free? Some gummies use bovine gelatin. Let me know!

As a retired nurse, I've seen this before. Probiotics can have systemic effects beyond digestion. The gut microbiome influences everything from immunity to mood to skin. But be careful – not all gummies are created equal. Some have more sugar than a candy bar, which could negate benefits. Check the CFU count and strains. If it's working for your skin, great, but don't expect sleep miracles from a probiotic alone. Sleep hygiene matters too. Also, if you're on any meds, check with your doc.

Thanks SproutSid! The brand is 'GutGlow' – they say vegan and gluten-free. And QuantumQuincy, thanks for the info. I didn't think about sugar content. I'll check the label. Sleep is still iffy but I'll take the skin win. Maybe I'll try a separate magnesium for sleep. Anyone else have random side benefits?

GutGlow is legit! I use their probiotic too. And yeah, magnesium glycinate is great for sleep. I also noticed less bloating after meals. But watch out for gummies with added sugar – some have 3-4g per gummy. That adds up. Glad your skin is better though! 🌱
