Probiotic Gummies giving me super vivid dreams?
Yo, has anyone else had like super vivid dreams after starting probiotic gummies? I've been taking them for about a week and every night I'm having these crazy detailed dreams. Not nightmares or anything, just really intense. I'm not complaining, honestly kinda cool, but just curious if it's the gummies or I'm just weird. lol
Oh wow, I thought I was the only one! I started a new brand of probiotic gummies last month and noticed the same thing. My dreams are like full-blown movies now. I actually like it, feels like I'm getting extra entertainment while I sleep. Maybe it's the gut-brain connection? I've heard probiotics can affect neurotransmitters.
I'm a bit skeptical. Probiotics are supposed to help with digestion, not dreams. Could be placebo or coincidence. But if it's harmless, I guess enjoy the show? hmm i haven't had vivid dreams but my pee is like neon yellow since starting these gummies! i thought i was dying but then i read it's just the B vitamins. So maybe the dreams are from something similar? Anyone else have weird pee? Also the gummies are expensive but they help my bloating so i'll stick with it.
LOL Ursula, yeah the bright pee is from B vitamins, totally normal. But glad to hear I'm not the only one with the dream thing. Maybe it's a sign the gummies are working on my gut biome. I'll take it. No nightmares so far. Thanks guys!
