So I started taking these probiotic gummies a month ago to help with sleep (heard gut health affects sleep). Honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in sleep yet, BUT my skin has cleared up like crazy! Has anyone else experienced unexpected benefits? I'm not complaining, just curious.

Hmm, I'm skeptical. Probiotics can help skin if your gut is off, but it could also be placebo or other factors. Did you change anything else in your routine? I tried probiotics years ago and all I got was bloating. Maybe these gummies are different?

I've had a similar experience! I started taking them for digestion but noticed my stress levels dropped. I think it's because gut health is linked to mood. Also, check the sugar content – some gummies have a lot of added sugar which can mess with sleep. I found a brand that uses organic cane sugar and it works great.

@FitnessFanatic614 Honestly, I haven't changed anything else. Could be placebo but I'll take it! @OrganicOlivia969 Good point about sugar – mine has 3g per gummy, not sure if that's high. What brand do you use? I'm considering switching if it helps sleep too.
