Hey all, just came across this article summarizing a study (PMID: 12345678) about Lactobacillus strains in gummy form. Claims they survive stomach acid better than capsules. Link: healthnews.com/probiotic-gummy-study. As someone who grabs these on the go between meetings, I'm curious - does this seem credible or just another biased industry-funded thing? Would save me time if they actually work as well as they say.

Interesting! As a runner, gut health is huge for me - I've tried a few brands. The study might have a point about survival rates, but I'd check who funded it. Some brands sponsor research. Personally, I notice a difference with my energy levels when I take them consistently, but I also eat clean. Maybe look for independent reviews too?

omg i care less about the science and more about the taste lol. if it doesn't taste good, i won't take it regularly anyway! that said, i tried a new brand last week that was actually delicious - like candy. but now you've got me wondering if the yummy ones even have enough live cultures to matter. anyone else prioritize flavor over potency?

Skeptical mom here. I always check for third-party testing seals (like NSF or USP) because studies can be biased. My kids take these, and I worry about sugar content too. That article might be legit, but I'd cross-reference with pediatrician recommendations. Too many 'miracle' supplements out there.
