Anyone else get vivid dreams from sea moss gummies?
So I've been taking these sea moss gummies for about a week now and I'm having the most vivid dreams ever! Like, I'm talking full-on cinematic, remember-every-detail type dreams. Not scary, just super intense. Also, my pee is like neon yellow, but I think that's just the B vitamins. Anyone else experience this? Just curious if it's a known side effect.
Haven't noticed the dreams, but the bright urine is definitely a thing with B12. I wouldn't worry about it. As for dreams, maybe it's just your brain getting more REM sleep because you're healthier? Or maybe you're just more aware of them. I don't put much stock in that stuff.
Oh my gosh, yes! I started taking them and my dreams are like I'm in a nature documentary, so vivid and colorful. I love it. And my taste buds have changed too - things taste more intense, especially greens. I thought it was just me. So cool to see I'm not alone.
Interesting about the taste buds change. I'm all about flavor, so if these gummies are making my taste buds more sensitive, that's a win. But the bright urine is a classic B-vitamin thing, so that's expected. I haven't noticed dreams, but I'm also a pretty vivid dreamer anyway. Maybe it's the iodine? Or something else in the sea moss.
