Anyone else getting vivid dreams from Sea Moss Gummies?

EarthElias440So I started taking these sea moss gummies about a week ago. Noticed my dreams are super vivid and weird, almost like movies every night. Also my pee is neon yellow! Anyone else? Just wanna make sure it's normal.

GummyGuru685Haha yeah the bright urine is just excess B vitamins, totally harmless. As for dreams, I've heard sea moss can affect REM sleep. Could be the iodine or magnesium. I'd say enjoy the show!

GummyGuru519I've been taking sea moss for years and never had that dream thing. But everyone's different. Maybe try taking them earlier in the day? Could be the B12 giving you energy at night.
