Is this Sea Moss study legit or just hype? Need your thoughts!
Hey everyone! I just read this news article about sea moss gummies boosting immunity and improving skin. The article cites a study but I can't tell if it's biased. Anyone else seen this? Link: https://example.com/sea-moss-study
I've been taking sea moss gummies for a few months now. My skin does look better, but it might be the collagen too. That study sounds like it could be funded by a supplement company. I'd check who paid for it.
Sea moss is supposed to be a superfood, but always take studies with a grain of salt. Look for independent research or a meta-analysis. Also, check if the study is peer-reviewed.
I dunno, I just take them because they taste good lol. But seriously, a lot of these studies are small or biased. I'd wait for more evidence. Also, make sure the gummies don't have added sugar!
Good points! I'll look into the funding and see if there are more studies. Thanks everyone! 🙏
