Natural Rems Sea Moss Gummies – any good?
So I found this new product - Natural Rems Sea Moss Gummies with ashwagandha and turmeric. Claims to help energy, digestion, and stress. Anyone tried it? I'm always skeptical of these combo gummies.
as a caffeine addict, I'm always looking for that extra kick but without the jitters. Ashwagandha in a gummy? interesting... but I wonder if the dose is even enough to do anything. I'd need to see the label. Also, sea moss is supposed to be great for iodine, but too much can be bad. Anyone know the iodine content?
Paleo here. Sea moss is a weird one - some say it's a superfood, but it's not exactly paleo if it's processed into gummies. Plus, sugar content? Most gummies are loaded with sugar. I'd rather get my nutrients from whole foods. But if you're into convenience, maybe it's okay. Just check the sugar and carbs.
Traditionalist here. Sea moss has been used for centuries in the Caribbean for its nutrients. But combining it with ashwagandha and turmeric is a modern twist that I'm not sure about. They might have good synergy, but I'd rather take them separately so I can adjust doses. Also, are the herbs organic? The title says organic sea moss, but what about the rest? I'd want transparency.
Thanks for the input. I'm leaning toward trying them but I'll check the label first. Maybe I'll get the separate supplements instead. But if anyone has tried these, let me know!
