Hey everyone, stumbled on this study (PMID: 34567890) that claims sea moss gummies can boost immunity and improve gut health. Sounds too good to be true? Any thoughts?

Whoa, thanks for sharing! I've been taking sea moss gummies for a month now, feeling pretty good, but maybe it's placebo? Let's see what others say.

I'm always skeptical of supplement studies, especially when they're not double-blind. Did they disclose funding? Could be biased. But sea moss does have some science behind it - maybe not in gummy form though.

Good point, Sam289. I checked and it says 'funded by a supplement company' - sketchy. But the effects on inflammation seem plausible. I'll try to find independent research.

For me, it's about consistency. I stick to a brand with no added sugar. Even if the study is biased, I'm not stopping - my digestion has been better. Just my two cents.
