Sea Moss Gummies at Costco – Too Good to Be True?
So I just snagged a bottle of sea moss gummies at Costco for like $12.99 – normally they're $25+ online. I'm stoked but also kinda suspicious. Anyone tried the Costco ones? Are they legit or just cheap filler? I need my iodine and nutrient boost for recovery.
Probably legit if it's Costco – they have decent quality control. But check the ingredients: real sea moss (Irish moss) should be first, not some extract. Also look for minimal additives. Price might be lower because they bought in bulk. I'd say it's a steal unless it's packed with sugar or corn syrup.
I got mine from Target on clearance for $9.99 – nearly identical label. They work fine for me. The brand was 'NutriBoost' or something. I think these companies overproduce and then sell cheap to big stores. Just check the iodine content per gummy – some have barely any. My batch had 150mcg which is solid.
