Sea Moss Gummies at Costco - Too Good to Be True?
Hey everyone, I found sea moss gummies at Costco for like half the price of what I usually pay at my local health store! Is it a steal or are they cutting corners on quality? I'm new to sea moss, so any advice would be great.
I've been taking sea moss for years. Price doesn't always mean bad quality. Costco often gets bulk deals and passes savings on. Check the label for the actual seaweed content and added sugars. If it looks good, go for it!
Yeah, I agree with Tom. But also, beware of 'gummies' - they often have added sugar and lack the nutrients you'd get from capsules or raw sea moss. If you're keto, check the carb count. Might be better to spend a bit more for a cleaner product.
Thanks guys! I checked the label - 1000mg sea moss per serving, 2g sugar, and no weird fillers. I'll give them a try. Fingers crossed!
