I just tried those new Sea Moss Gummies and I'm worried about the sugar. 8g per serving? That's like candy! When did supplements become treats? I miss just taking a spoonful of gel. Convenience is nice but not at the cost of purity.

I get it, but as a broke student, the gummies are way easier for me to take consistently. No mess, no taste. Yeah sugar ain't great but it's still better than not taking any sea moss, right? Plus I can budget for them.

No way, sugar is a dealbreaker for me on keto. I'd rather blend the raw sea moss into smoothies. Gummies are just processed junk. You're literally paying for sugar with a side of nutrients. Pass.

I'm with Noah on this one. After workouts I need something quick and the gummies do the trick. Sure, they have some sugar but I burn it off. If it gets people to take their supps, I say it's a win. Not everyone can handle the taste of raw sea moss.
