Hey everyone, I've been taking sea moss gummies for about a month now for immune support and skin health. I usually take them with my morning coffee. Is this okay? I read somewhere that coffee might interfere with absorption of some supplements. Anyone have experience with this combo?

Great question! As a fitness pro, I always recommend spacing supplements and caffeine. Coffee can affect mineral absorption - sea moss is packed with iodine, iron, etc. I'd suggest taking the gummies 30-60 mins before your coffee, or with a light breakfast. Personally, I take mine post-workout with a protein shake instead! #OptimizeYourRoutine

tbh i keep it simple. just sea moss gummies, water, and whole foods. coffee's fine but why complicate things? more supplements = more problems imo. if you need caffeine, have it. if you need sea moss, take it. but maybe not at the exact same moment if you're worried.

Science enthusiast here! Coffee contains tannins and caffeine that can inhibit absorption of certain minerals like iron and calcium - sea moss contains both. While studies aren't specific to sea moss gummies, the mechanism suggests reduced bioavailability. Try taking them 2 hours apart for optimal effect. Also check your gummy's iodine content - excessive iodine + stimulants isn't well studied.
