I wanted to love sea moss gummies, but why do they have to be loaded with sugar? It feels like we're just replacing one unhealthy treat with another "health" candy. I miss the days when supplements came in capsules or powder form. At least then you knew what you were getting. What's the point of sea moss benefits if you're also shoveling in empty calories?

I get the concern, but not all gummies are created equal! I look for brands that use organic fruit juice, not added sugar. Sea moss gummies got me started on supplements bcuz I could never swallow pills. Plus, a little sugar to make them palatable means more people actually take them consistently. That's a win in my book!

Honestly, DIY is the way to go. I make my own sea moss gel and add it to smoothies or oatmeal. No sugar, no fillers, and I know exactly what's in it. It takes 10 mins a week to prepare. Gummies are just overpriced candy for adults if you ask me. #RealFoodFirst

As a vegan, I'd rather get my nutrients from whole foods. Sea moss gummies often have gelatin or other non-vegan ingredients unless specifically labeled. Plus, the sugar content is ridiculous. It's just another way for companies to cash in on "health" trends. Stick to the real thing – sea moss gel or powder.

I'm a marathon runner and sometimes convenience wins. After a long run, I'll take gummies for quick energy, but I choose ones with minimal sugar and natural sweeteners like monk fruit. Not all gummies are bad. But yeah, read labels! Some brands have like 10g of sugar per serving – that's crazy.
