Hey all! My mom (65) is all about natural health lately, and my best bud is a total gym junkie. I wanna get them both a gummy pack as a gift. Is sea moss the way to go? Any recs for a multi-benefit brand that covers immune, digestion, and maybe energy? Budget's around $30 each.

Sea moss gummies are solid for both tbh. For your mom, look for ones with added thyroid support like iodine. For your friend, get ones with bladderwrack or burdock root for detox and energy. I'd rec 'Wild Harvest' brand—clean ingredients and no sugar alcohols (my keto folks approve).

Yo! I'd check the sourcing though. Some sea moss gummies use bleached stuff. Go with a brand that's transparent about wildcrafted or at least organic. 'Natures Way' has a decent combo pack that includes sea moss, bladderwrack, and burdock. Eco-friendly packaging too.

I got my dad some sea moss gummies last Christmas and he loves 'em! He said they helped his joints and energy. Just make sure the dose isn't too high—some have like 2000mg which might be much for an older person. 'Garden of Life' has a gentle formula.

As a marathon runner, I swear by sea moss gummies for post-run recovery. They're packed with minerals and help with muscle soreness. For your friend, pair them with a gummy that has taurine or electrolytes. 'Vega' makes a good sport blend but not specifically sea moss. You could also get two separate jars—one for each.
