Sea Moss Gummies: Healthy Supplement or Just Candy in Disguise?

Hey all, I've been trying sea moss gummies for a month now, but I'm starting to question them. The label says 5g of added sugar per serving! Isn't that defeating the purpose? I'm a busy professional who grabs these for convenience, but now I feel like I'm just eating candy with a health claim. Anyone else bothered by this?

Totally get your concern, Gigi! As a marathon runner, I need quick nutrition, but sugar spikes mess with my energy. I switched to a sugar-free sea moss gummy brand—uses stevia. Tastes fine and no crash. Maybe check labels? Some brands are better than others. Convenience doesn't have to mean junk!

This is exactly why I avoid gummies. The 'candy-fication' of supplements is a corporate trick. Real sea moss should be consumed in its pure, raw form or as a gel. All that processing and sugar negates the holistic benefits. If you're serious about health, ditch the gummies and go natural. Your body will thank you.

Thanks Wendy, I'll look into sugar-free options. Pete, I hear you, but between meetings and deadlines, making sea moss gel from scratch isn't realistic for me. Maybe there's a middle ground? Like low-sugar versions or DIY recipes that don't take hours? Appreciate the insights!

Gigi, try mixing sea moss powder into a smoothie—takes 2 mins and no added sugar. I do it post-run. Pete's right about purity, but hey, if a gummy gets someone started on sea moss, that's a win. Just choose wisely! Let us know what you find.
