Just read this article: https://example.com/sea-moss-benefits "Does Eating Sea Moss Provide Health Benefits? Sea moss, a species of red algae scientifically known as *Chondrus crispus*, has rapidly transitioned from a coastal dietary staple to a mainstrea..." I've been seeing sea moss gummies everywhere lately. What do you all think? Are they worth trying for someone on a tight budget?

Honestly, I'm skeptical. Sea moss has been hyped on social media, but actual science is thin. Most claims are based on its nutrient content (iodine, zinc, etc.) but you can get those from cheaper foods. Plus, gummies often have added sugar. I'd save your money.

I've been tracking my biomarkers with my wearable and tried sea moss gummies for 3 months. My thyroid panel looked better and my skin cleared up. But correlation isn't causation, and the quality varies wildly. I'd say find a reputable brand with third-party testing.

Honestly, sounds like another overpriced supplement trend. I'd rather just eat a balanced diet. But if you wanna try, check for heavy metals - sea moss can absorb stuff from the ocean. Not all gummies are created equal.

Thanks everyone! @HealthHacker41, what brand did you use? I'm on a student budget so I don't want to waste cash on something that might not work.
