Hey everyone! So I recently got into sea moss gummies (vegan, obviously) and tried the Mango flavor from that popular brand. It was actually delicious – like a tropical treat. But then I tried the Mixed Berry and ugh, it tasted like chalky fake fruit. I'm almost out of the mango and need to reorder. What's the best flavor in your opinion? I don't wanna waste money on another dud. Also, do any of you notice actual benefits? I'm taking them for energy and skin.

Bro, I feel you. I've tried a few brands. Mango is usually solid. But have you tried the Pineapple? That one's my go-to after a WOD. Tastes like a vacation and no weird aftertaste. Berry flavors are always hit or miss, tbh. Also, pro tip: check if they use cane sugar or agave. Some are loaded with junk.

Honestly, I'm skeptical about sea moss gummies in general. Most of them have like 200mg of sea moss per gummy – that's nothing compared to a spoonful of actual gel. But if you're gonna buy, I'd say go for citrus flavors. Lemon or orange tend to mask the 'sea' taste better. Berry tries too hard. And don't expect miracles, but if you like the taste, whatever.

Oh dear, I remember when my granddaughter got me these. I tried the mango and it was quite nice, but the berry one reminded me of those cheap cough drops. I'd suggest trying the strawberry next – it's usually milder. But do watch out for added sugars, they can sneak up on you. At my age, I need all the help I can get with my joints, but I didn't notice much difference. Still, tasty little things!

Thanks for the tips, everyone! I think I'll try Pineapple next based on VeggieVictor's rec, and maybe grab a small pack of Strawberry to test. Ursula, I hear you on the skepticism – I'm not expecting a cure-all, just a tasty supplement. GummyGuru, I'll check the sugar content for sure. Anyone else have a flavor they swear by?
