Sea Moss Gummies on sale at Costco - too good to be true?
Just saw a huge tub of Sea Moss Gummies at Costco for like $12.99. Normally it's $25+. I'm on keto and I know sea moss is packed with nutrients, but at that price I'm worried they're cutting corners. Anyone try these? Is it a steal or a scam?
I snagged those last week! Honestly, they taste fine and I've been taking them before my runs. No weird side effects. Costco bulk buys are usually legit, just check the ingredients for added sugars. I think it's a steal.
Everyone jumps on these trends. Sea moss gummies are mostly sugar and gelatin. Save your money and eat real seaweed if you want the minerals. Cheap ones probably have even less actual sea moss.
I hear you Pat, but sometimes you gotta convenience. Paula, what's the sugar content like? I see it lists 'organic cane sugar' as second ingredient...
Yeah 4g per serving, not ideal for strict keto but I burn it off. Up to you!
