I started taking sea moss gummies about a month ago to help with my sleep, and guess what? It's not doing much for sleep, but my skin has never looked better! I'm 45 and been dealing with dull complexion for years. Now it's practically glowing. Anyone else notice this side effect?

That's interesting! I've been using them for overall wellness and I didn't notice skin changes, but I did get a huge boost in energy. Maybe it's the iodine and minerals? I know sea moss is packed with stuff like magnesium and potassium, which can help with skin health too. Keep at it!

Well, I'm not into that stuff myself, but my granddaughter got me those gummies for my sleep too. I'll be honest, my sleep is still lousy, but my joint pain seems a bit less? Could be placebo. But now you got me curious about the skin thing – my wife might steal them lol.

Ha, there you go! Maybe it's the collagen support in the sea moss. I've read it's good for skin elasticity. But yeah, I'm not sure about sleep – maybe that's a different thing. Let's just enjoy the glow!
