Just saw this: Natural Rems Sea Moss Gummies – Organic Sea Moss + Ashwagandha & Turmeric – Energy, Digestion & Stress Relief – Vegan, Non-GMO Formula. Seems like another wellness trend. Anyone tried these or similar? I'm curious about the combo.

As a nature photographer, I'm all about natural ingredients. Sea moss is great for minerals, and ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps with stress. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory. But I'd rather get these from whole foods than gummies. Still, if it helps people get their nutrients, why not?

I've been biohacking for years. Sea moss is a superfood, but the synergy with ashwagandha and turmeric is interesting. The issue is most gummies have low bioavailability. Check if they include black pepper for turmeric absorption. Also, taste can be a factor. I'd suggest looking at the label for actual extract percentages.

As a grandma, I worry about additives. Are they really non-GMO? And what about sweeteners? My grandkids love gummies, but I always check for excess sugar. I'd prefer a supplement without added sugar. But if it's clean, might be good for my joints.

Yeah, good points. I'll have to check the label. I'm always skeptical of 'natural' claims. But the combo sounds promising. Maybe I'll try a bottle and report back.
