THREAD: Sea Moss Gummies - Are they worth the hype or just another health fad?Started by HubermanHopeful

Hey everyone, I've been seeing sea moss gummies everywhere lately! As someone who loves trying new health foods, I'm curious about the taste. Has anyone tried them? I'm worried they might have that weird seaweed flavor that some supplements have. I tried spirulina gummies once and they were... not great. Looking for something that actually tastes good while being healthy!

HubermanHopeful, I've been incorporating sea moss gummies into my fitness routine for about 2 months now. Honestly, the taste varies by brand - some are fruity and pleasant, others have that earthy undertone. More importantly, I've noticed better joint recovery after intense workouts. The anti-inflammatory properties seem legit. Anyone else using them for athletic performance?

OMG I'm SO excited about sea moss gummies! I've been taking them daily for 3 months and my skin has never looked better! Plus they're packed with 92 minerals from the ocean - how amazing is that? I get mine from a sustainable source that harvests responsibly. The only downside is they can be pricey. Has anyone found affordable options that don't compromise on quality?

I'm skeptical about giving these to my kids. As a parent, I'm always careful about new supplements. Are these actually safe for children? The packaging says 'all-natural' but that doesn't mean much these days. Also, some brands add sugar or artificial flavors which defeats the purpose. Has anyone done proper research on this or consulted with a pediatrician?

Thanks for the input everyone! NatureNancy26 - which brand do you use? If it helps with recovery, I might try it for my yoga practice. EcoEllen32 - I'm with you on the price concern! OrganicOlivia44 raises a good point too - I'd want to check the ingredient list carefully. Maybe we could share brand recommendations and experiences?

OrganicOlivia44 - I wouldn't give them to kids without medical advice. Even 'natural' supplements can interact with medications or have unintended effects. For adults though, I use Ocean Harvest brand - they're third-party tested. HubermanHopeful, they have a mild berry flavor that's actually enjoyable. EcoEllen32 - have you tried making your own? That might be more affordable and you control the ingredients!
