What's the deal with these new Zhou gummies?
Just saw this article about Zhou launching new gummy formulas. They're jumping on trend ingredients like sea moss and adaptogens. Anyone tried them yet? I'm curious if they're worth the hype or just another fad.
Zhou's been around a while, but I'm skeptical. Sea moss is trendy, but at the end of the day, you gotta get your nutrients from real food. I remember when they tried to make a keto gummy, and it was basically sugar with MCT oil. lol
I do like the convenience of gummies, but I prefer ones with actual whole-food ingredients. Sea moss can be great for digestion and skin, but processing into a gummy might reduce benefits. Still, I'm willing to give it a shot if the label looks good.
As a med student, I'd say always check for third-party testing and look at the dosage. Sea moss is a good source of iodine and minerals, but you can get too much iodine from supplements. Just read the label carefully.
Good point, Frank! I'll look for those details. I might try them and share my thoughts. Thanks for the input, everyone!
