Hey guys! So I've been taking these Shilajit gummies for about a week now, and I've noticed I'm having some WILD dreams. Like, super vivid and weird. Not scary, just... intense. Also, I feel like my taste buds have changed? Everything tastes a bit different. Anyone else experience this? Should I be concerned?

Omg yes! I had the same thing. I started taking them for energy (since I'm basically a coffee zombie) and the first few nights I had dreams that felt like movies. I kind of enjoyed it lol. But the taste thing? I didn't notice that. Maybe you're on to something. I also noticed my pee is more yellow, but I thought it was just the extra water I've been drinking. Is that normal?

Haha, vivid dreams are actually a known thing with shilajit! It's supposed to help with relaxation and stuff, so it might be affecting your sleep cycles. I've read that it can enhance dream recall. As for taste changes, I haven't heard of that, but everyone's different. The bright urine is likely just the B vitamins (if your gummies have them). No biggie! But if it persists, maybe consult a doc, just to be safe.

I'm with Oliver - the vivid dreams are a thing. I've been taking shilajit resin (not gummies) for months and I definitely dream more vividly. But taste changes? That's new. Could be because shilajit is full of minerals, and it might be altering your gut flora or something. I'd say give it a few more days and see if it goes away. If not, maybe switch brands? I've heard some gummies have weird additives. Also, I pee bright yellow from the B12 in my supplements, so that's probably just that.

Thanks guys! I'm less worried now. I might actually enjoy the crazy dreams - it's like having a free Netflix show while I sleep. LOL. But I'll keep an eye on the taste thing. Maybe I'll try the resin like you, EcoEllen, if it gets weird. Anyway, glad to know I'm not alone!
