Started taking Shilajit gummies last week. They seem fine, but I've been having the most intense, vivid dreams every night. Not nightmares, just like I'm in a movie. Anyone else experience this? Also my urine is bright yellow, but I guess that's the minerals.

Oh man, I thought I was the only one! I've been meditating for a few months and these gummies make my dreams super symbolic. I actually kinda like it lol. But yeah, bright urine here too. I think it's the fulvic acid.

Vivid dreams are a common sign of detox and deeper sleep. Shilajit is full of humic and fulvic acids which help with mineral absorption. Your body is purifying. The bright urine is just excess water-solubles. Nothing to worry about, embrace the dreams!

From a science perspective, Shilajit contains DBP (dibenzo-alpha-pyrones) which can interact with brain chemistry. Vivid dreams could be due to increased acetylcholine or just better sleep quality. The yellow urine is likely riboflavin or other B-vitamins. It's harmless.
