Anyone tried Shilajit Gummies? That Himalayan tar sounds wild!

Just read the article. Shilajit is ancient stuff – my grandma used to swear by the raw resin for energy. But gummies? Hmm. Wonder if it's the real deal or just another trend.

I’ve been using Shilajit gummies for a month. Definitely helps with post-workout recovery. Not a miracle, but I feel less sore. The taste is weird though, kinda smoky.

I got the gummies because I can't stand the taste of raw shilajit. They’re convenient and I think they give me a bit more focus. Anyone else get that?

I'm skeptical. The article says it's 'adaptogenic' but there's not a lot of solid science. Plus, heavy metals in Himalayan rocks? No thanks. I'll stick to my multivitamin.
