Just came across this piece on how traditional supplements like shilajit and ashwagandha are being turned into gummies. Seems like a big shift from the usual tablets. What do you guys think? Is it just marketing or actually a good way to make these more accessible? Curious to hear your views! Link: [article]

I'm all for anything that gets people into healthier habits! As a runner, I've tried shilajit in resin form and it's a pain to dissolve. Gummies would be so much easier post-run. But I hope they keep the potency and don't load them with sugar.

I'm skeptical. These 'traditional medicines' are often hyped without solid science. Turning them into candy seems like a marketing gimmick. Also, gummies usually have added sugars and gelatin, which defeats the purpose if you're into clean supplements.

I prefer the raw form. Why complicate things? Just take the resin or powder. Gummies are just another processed product. But I get it, convenience sells.

As a digital nomad, I love the idea of portable, no-mess supplements. Shilajit gummies would be perfect for travel. But I'd check the ingredients first – some brands sneak in tons of sugar. If they keep it clean, I'm in!
