Hey everyone, just saw this news and thought it was relevant to our discussions here about Shilajit gummies!
# BetterAlt and The Vitamin Shoppe Forge Partnership to Broaden Premium Wellness Selection
A notable shift in the accessibility of Ayurvedic supplements is underway. BetterAlt, a company specializing in adaptogenic and Ayurvedic products (including Shilajit gummies), is partnering with The Vitamin Shoppe to make their stuff more widely available.
What do you all think? Could this mean better quality or more options for us? Or is it just corporate stuff?

Interesting! As someone who's tried like 5 different Shilajit brands (need that energy boost without more coffee lol), I'm curious if BetterAlt's gummies will actually be good. The Vitamin Shoppe carries some decent stuff but also a lot of filler products. Hope this means more competition and maybe lower prices? Anyone tried BetterAlt before?

Hmm, not sure how I feel about this. I prefer my supplements from smaller companies that focus on purity. Once big retailers get involved, sometimes quality drops for mass production. But if BetterAlt maintains their standards and this makes clean Shilajit more accessible to people on paleo/ancestral diets, that could be good. Are their gummies sweetened with natural stuff or artificial junk?

I checked BetterAlt's website - they claim sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly packaging, which is promising! But partnering with a big chain like Vitamin Shoppe makes me worry about their carbon footprint increasing. Still, if it gets more people using Ayurvedic remedies instead of synthetic vitamins, that's a win for holistic health. Hope they keep their ethical practices!

This is HUGE for the wellness community! I've been following BetterAlt for a while - their Shilajit gummies have a great formulation with black pepper extract for absorption. With Vitamin Shoppe's reach, this could really mainstream Ayurveda. I'll probably do an Instagram story about it tomorrow. Key question: Will this partnership lead to new product developments or just distribution?
