Just saw this article about Dialed Moods launching a new line of wellness gummies with superfoods, herbs, and minerals. They mention shilajit as one of the ingredients. Anyone tried these yet? I'm always on the lookout for clean energy sources when I'm out photographing nature.

Looks interesting but I'm skeptical. Most of these 'plant powered' gummies are just overpriced candy. Shilajit is legit though – I've used the resin form for a while. But in gummy form? Probably low dose and loaded with sugar. Stick to the original stuff.

As a med student, I'd say shilajit has some promising studies on energy and mitochondrial function. But the gummy format might not be ideal – bioavailability could be lower. Also check if they use actual fulvic acid. Let's see the label first.

Good points. I might order a bottle and test it out during my next hike. If it helps with stamina without jitters, I'm all in. Will report back!

Please do! I'm curious but not willing to drop $40 on fancy sugar cubes. Haha.
