Headed to the Rockies for a week of hiking. I love my Shilajit gummies for energy, but nervous about flying with them. Anyone have experience with TSA? Also worried they'll melt in my bag. Help!

I take mine everywhere! TSA didn't even blink. Just keep them in original packaging or a labeled baggie. For melting, I put them in a small cooler with a ice pack - no issues even on long flights. Enjoy your trip!

I've carried them on planes and road trips. TSA is fine as long as they're not liquid/gel. I store mine in an insulated lunch bag with a reusable ice pack. They've never melted. Pro tip: keep them in your carry-on not checked bag (cargo holds get cold but also hot).

I just keep them in a zip pouch in my backpack. They survived a 10-hour flight to Japan no problem. TSA didn't ask. If you're really worried, put them in a small insulated bag like for snacks. Happy trails!
