Just read a study on Shilajit gummies - total game changer or overhyped?

So I stumbled on this new study (PMID: 34567890) about shilajit in gummies. It says it boosts testosterone and energy, but the sample size was tiny and it was funded by a supplement company. I'm not sure what to think. Anyone else tried these? Are they legit or just marketing BS?

I've been taking shilajit resin for years, and IMO it's the real deal for natural energy and stamina. But I'm wary of gummies – they often add sugar and other junk. Also, that study sounds like typical industry-funded hype. Look for third-party testing and minimal ingredients. I'd rather chew on actual resin than a candy.

I make my own gummies at home with shilajit powder. That way I control the quality and no weird additives. Honestly, most commercial gummies are overpriced and underdosed. But if you're looking for convenience, just check that the shilajit is fulvic acid-rich. Also, those studies are often a joke – always look for independent research.

Good points. I might try the resin, but I like the convenience of gummies for work (I'm on night shifts). Any specific brands you'd trust? Or is it best to avoid gummies entirely?

If you must do gummies, look for ones sweetened with stevia or monk fruit, no cane sugar, and with a decent dose (like 500mg of shilajit extract per serving). I've seen a couple that seem okay, but I'd still recommend the resin. Start with the resin and see how you feel. You could even add it to your coffee or tea – super easy!
