Hey everyone! I just came across this study about Shilajit gummies claiming they boost energy and cognitive function. Link here: https://example.com/study123. But I'm suspicious because it's funded by a supplement company. Anyone else seen this? Is it legit or just marketing hype?

Oh, I saw that too! Honestly, most studies funded by companies are biased. But Shilajit itself has some legit research behind it. The gummy form might just be a convenient way to take it. I'd look for independent studies on the ingredient, not the specific product.

I've been taking Shilajit gummies for a month now and they definitely give me a boost. But I'm not sure about that study. Feels like typical supplement marketing. I say try them yourself and see if they work for you, but don't base your decision on one study alone.

As a yoga instructor, I always tell my students to be wary of studies funded by industry. Shilajit has been used in Ayurveda for centuries, so there's traditional wisdom behind it. But gummies? That's just a modern twist. I'd rather stick with the raw resin personally. That study does sound biased though.
