Hey everyone! I just came across this study on shilajit gummies (link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12345678/) that claims they can boost testosterone and energy. As a yoga instructor, I'm always skeptical of supplements, but this one seems to have some science behind it. What do you all think? Is it legit or just another marketing gimmick?

I've been using shilajit gummies for about 2 months now. I can't say I've seen huge gains in the gym, but my energy levels are definitely up. I used to crash at 3pm, now I'm good till late. The study looks promising, but it's funded by the supplement company, so take that with a grain of salt. Still, I'll keep taking them, they taste pretty good too!

I've been into natural supplements for years and shilajit is actually quite traditional in Ayurveda. This study aligns with what I've read about fulvic acid. But yeah, it's a small sample size and need more research. I think the key is to get a high-quality product without additives. Which brand are you using, MindfulMila48? I'm looking for a clean one.

Thanks for the input! I'm just wary because there are so many 'miracle' supplements out there. I might give it a try though, since I've heard good things. Anyone else have experience with dosage? The study used 500mg, but most gummies have like 100mg per serving. Is that enough?

I take two gummies a day which gives me 200mg total, and it seems to work. The study might use a higher dose for research, but for everyday use, you might not need that much. Listen to your body. And ZenZoe, I use Nature's Vitality brand. They're organic and no sugar. But I heard there's a lot of fakes out there, so I always check for third-party testing.
