Just read this article about Nootrum's new Shilajit gummies. Claims to boost energy and focus without the jitters. As a yoga instructor, I'm all about natural performance support, but I'm skeptical. Anyone here have experience with shilajit gummies? Are they worth the hype?

Oh, I've been using shilajit resin for over a year now (the traditional way), and it's legit for stamina. But gummies? Convenient, sure, but you gotta watch for fillers. Nootrum seems to have clean ingredients. I might give it a try. Thanks for sharing!

I'm not much into supplements, but I tried a sample of a shilajit gummy once. It tasted like a mix of caramel and earthy stuff - not bad! But I didn't notice much effect. Maybe because I only took one? The article says it needs weeks to build up. Any thoughts on dosage?

As a nature photographer, I'm often hiking and need that extra oomph. I haven't tried Nootrum, but I've been using a shilajit powder from a local health store. It definitely helps with my energy during long photo sessions. The gummies seem more convenient, but I'm curious if they actually work as well. Let us know if you try them!
