I'm a biohacker so I've tested shilajit in various forms. The fulvic acid content is key. Gummies might have added sugars which could counteract benefits. Check the label for fillers. I'd recommend starting low. Also, cycle it: 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
Good point about cycling. And yeah, I hate added sugar. Might stick to resin if gummies are just candy.
