So I was at Costco today and saw these Shilajit gummies for like $15 for a huge bottle. Normally they're like $30+ online. Anyone tried these? Are they lower quality or did I just score a deal?

Shilajit is a powerful adaptogen, but quality matters a lot. Costco often gets bulk deals so it could be legit. Check the ingredients - if it says 'shilajit extract' without filler, you're good. I'd say grab a bottle and test it. You'll know if it's real by the energy boost.

I've been using shilajit gummies for months. The cheap ones sometimes have added sugar or less fulvic acid. Look for a high percentage of fulvic acid (like 60%+). At that price, it might be a steal if it's from a reputable brand. Post a pic of the back label!

Honestly, don't overthink it. If it's from Costco, they have quality control. I got some from Target once and they were fine. Shilajit helps with recovery and focus. Try them for a week and see how you feel. Worst case, return them - Costco has a great return policy!

I'm always skeptical of these trendy supplements. Is there actual science behind shilajit? Or is it just another overpriced herb? I'd rather spend my money on proven stuff like vitamin D. Let us know if they work though, I might be convinced.
