Hey everyone! I've been taking Shilajit gummies for a few weeks now and feeling pretty good. But I'm a big coffee drinker (like 3 cups a day) and I was wondering if it's safe to have them together? Like, does the coffee mess with the benefits? Any thoughts?

Ooh, I feel you on the coffee! I'm a total caffeine addict, and I've been popping Shilajit gummies for a while. I didn't notice any bad interactions, honestly. I usually take the gummy with my morning coffee and it's fine. Maybe it even helps with the jitters? Not sure. But I'd say go for it, just listen to your body.

Hey Rich! I'm all about natural stuff, but I'd be careful mixing Shilajit with coffee. Coffee is acidic and might break down some of the good stuff in Shilajit? I've read that Shilajit has fulvic acid which is sensitive to heat and pH. Maybe take them at different times, like coffee in the morning, gummy in the afternoon. Just a thought!

I'm not a doctor, but as a former nurse, I'd say it's probably fine for most people. Shilajit is generally safe, but it can have a detoxifying effect, so with coffee, you might feel a bit more energized or even a little jittery. I'd start with half a gummy if you're stacking with coffee. And drink lots of water! Also, check with your doc if you have any health conditions, ya know?
