Hey everyone! My dad's been feeling low energy lately (he's 65), and my gym buddy is obsessed with all things natural fitness. I wanna get them both a health pack of shilajit gummies. Which brands actually work? Any experiences? Also, do they taste nasty? 😅

Shilajit is technically a mineral-rich goo from rocks, so it's vegan-friendly if that matters. But check if the gummies have gelatin! Some use pectin. For your dad, I'd recommend one with added ashwagandha for stress. For your friend, maybe a pure shilajit with black pepper for absorption. Taste? The real stuff is bittery but gummies mask it.

Yesss! Shilajit gummies are trending. For an older parent, go with a brand that has fulvic acid for gut health – like 'Himalayan Bliss' gummies. For the gym rat, look for ones with CoQ10 or maybe even caffeine (if he's into pre-workout). Taste-wise, most are berry-sweet. Just avoid 'Raw Roots' – they taste like dirt. 😂

Crossfit girl here! I've tried 'Primal Harvest' shilajit gummies – they help with recovery after WODs. But for your dad, be careful with dosage. Start him on half a gummy. Also, shilajit can interact with blood pressure meds, so check with his doc first! For taste, 'PureKana' are decent – kinda like cherry syrup.

I'm new to shilajit but I use it for meditation focus. For your dad, maybe a combo pack with magnesium gummies for sleep? My grandma loves 'Sunny Mood' brand – they're gentle. For the friend, 'Bulletproof' make a good one? Not sure if they're gummies though. Also, look for organic certification cause heavy metals can be an issue.
