Just saw this article about BetterAlt partnering with The Vitamin Shoppe to expand their Shilajit gummies. I've been eyeing those but was skeptical about quality. Anyone tried them? I need a clean energy kick without jitters - my coffee habit is getting out of hand lol.

I've used BetterAlt's Shilajit resin before, but gummies usually have added sugar. Check the label! I'm all for natural adaptogens but not if they're loaded with cane syrup. Hopefully they use stevia or monk fruit.

Oh man, this brings back memories! My grandpa used to swear by real Shilajit from the Himalayas, tar-like stuff. These gummies sound way more palatable. But is it as potent? I'd be curious to see if they source ethically. Partnership with Vitamin Shoppe could mean wider reach though.

As a paleo guy, I'm wary of gummy supplements - often have tapioca syrup or other crap. But if BetterAlt keeps it clean, maybe worth a shot. I've been using their ashwagandha powder. Let's hope they don't compromise on ingredients for mass market.
