Just saw this review of 3 shilajit gummies. I've been curious about shilajit for a while but never tried it. The article mentions energy boost and recovery. Has anyone here tried these? I'm a busy professional and need an edge without the jitters.

Ooh, haven't tried shilajit gummies yet, but I love techy wellness things! I've been using resin for a while. Gummies are way easier to dose, but do they have the same fulvic acid? Sometimes gummies lose potency. Anyone know? I'm all for convenience if it works though.

I do intermittent fasting and take shilajit (resin, not gummies) during my eating window. It gives me steady energy without breaking the fast. But be careful - some gummies have added sugars or carbs. Check the label. Also, it's real - I've felt better recovery after workouts.

As a retired nurse, I'm always cautious. Shilajit is generally safe, but it can interact with certain meds (blood pressure, diabetes). Also, purity matters - I'd look for third-party tested brands. The gummies sound convenient, but I'd start with a low dose and see how you feel. My two cents: consult your doc first, especially if you have chronic issues.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely check the label and maybe start with the resin then. But I'm still tempted to try the gummies for ease. Does anyone have a trusted brand they swear by?
