So I just saw this article about Dialed Moods releasing sea moss and shilajit gummies. As a retired nurse, I'm always skeptical of these herbal supplement trends. Shilajit is an ancient Ayurvedic resin, but I've seen patients come in with heavy metal toxicity from unregulated shilajit. What does everyone think? Any science behind these gummies?

Shilajit gummies?? Ngl, I'm a gummy hoarder, I'll try anything once. But sea moss AND shilajit? That's like a double whammy of earthy weirdness. I've heard shilajit is supposed to give you energy and boost testosterone? I could use that since my coffee's not cutting it anymore. But heavy metals? That's scary. I'm gonna wait for more reviews.

Bruh, I've been on the shilajit train for months (resin, not gummies). It's legit for stamina, I feel like a rhino in the gym. But these gummies? I bet they're overpriced and underdosed. Plus, the article says they include sea moss, which is good for thyroid, but mixing them? Eh. I'd say stick to known brands if you're gonna try shilajit. But hey, to each their own.

Good points, Rich. The problem is, many shilajit products aren't purified properly. The FDA doesn't regulate supplements, so you don't know if it's contaminated. And the article probably didn't mention third-party testing. If you're considering it, look for brands that provide heavy metal certificates. And gummies often have added sugars, which defeats the health purpose.

Haha, I'm a sugar addict so that's a plus for me 😂. But ok, point taken. I'll wait for RhinoRich to test them and report back with his rhino energy. Let us know, man!
