Hey all, I've been taking these Shilajit gummies for about 3 weeks now, originally hoping they'd help with my insomnia. I read that adaptogens can support sleep cycles. Well, my sleep is maybe a *tiny* bit better, but the real shocker? My skin is GLOWING. Like, people at work are asking what I'm using. I haven't changed my skincare routine at all. Has anyone else experienced something totally different from what they expected?

OP, that's fascinating! As a parent, I'm always skeptical of new supplements, but I've heard about Shilajit's mineral content from traditional Ayurvedic practices. My partner and I tried a resin form years ago for energy during hiking trips with the kids. We didn't notice much for energy, but oddly, we both felt less reactive to stress—fewer snippy moments after long days. Maybe it's balancing something systemic? Have you checked if the gummies have added vitamins for skin? Sometimes it's the combo.

Whoa, cool thread! I'm a digital nomad and grabbed some Shilajit gummies last month for focus while coding in Bali. Sleep wasn't on my radar, but I've definitely noticed my skin looks less tired despite jet lag and coffee overload. Could be the antioxidants? Also, random but my nails seem stronger—handy for typing all day lol. OP, what brand are you using? I got a generic one from a local shop here.

Thanks for the replies! SolarSam989, that's interesting about stress—I do feel a bit more chill too, but I thought it was just placebo. The gummies I use are from 'PureHimalayanHerbs' (no added skin vitamins, just Shilajit extract and organic sweeteners). FuelFrank849, stronger nails? That's wild! Maybe it's the fulvic acid people talk about. I'm sticking with them just for the skin benefits now, even if sleep isn't perfect. Anyone else get surprises like this?
