THREAD: Started Shilajit Gummies for Sleep, Got a Surprise Benefit Instead!Started by VibeVitamins42

Hey everyone, I'm a parent of two toddlers and my sleep has been non-existent for months. I started taking Shilajit gummies about 3 weeks ago hoping they'd help me crash at night. Honestly, my sleep is only slightly better (maybe 30 mins more?), but here's the weird thing: my skin is GLOWING. Like, people at daycare pickup are asking what I'm using. Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't even know Shilajit was supposed to do that!

OMG YES! This is such a common 'side effect' that I talk about on my wellness page. Shilajit is packed with fulvic acid and minerals that support collagen production and detoxification. Your skin is probably thanking you for the internal nourishment! I've been taking them for 6 months and my complexion has never been clearer. Try pairing them with a good vitamin C serum for even better results! #GlowFromWithin

lol i tried these too but mostly cuz i heard they were tasty? the brand i got tastes like earthy berries, not bad honestly. but yeah my partner said my face looked less puffy after a couple weeks. weird. are all brands the same taste-wise? might stick with them if they help my skin AND taste decent.

Thanks MangoMia219! That makes sense. Tom, I use the 'PureHimalaya' brand - they have a slight honey flavor that masks the earthiness pretty well. My kids even think they're candy (don't worry, I keep them locked up!). Maybe I'll keep taking them just for the skin benefits and hope the sleep improves with time. Anyone else notice unexpected perks?

Totally! I've had followers say it helped their stress levels too - probably due to the adaptogen properties. @VibeVitamins42, give it another month for sleep benefits; these things work cumulatively. And @TendonTom598, brands vary a LOT in taste and quality. Look for ones with clean ingredients and third-party testing! xx
