THREAD: Shilajit Gummies - Anyone Else Tried These for Daily Energy?Started by SupplementSteve23

Hey everyone, just picked up a bottle of these shilajit gummies from my local health store. I'm usually skeptical about supplement trends, but the taste is surprisingly good - like a tangy berry flavor with no weird aftertaste. Has anyone else tried them? I'm curious if they actually help with energy or if it's just marketing hype. I've been taking them for about a week and feel a slight boost, but could be placebo.

SupplementSteve23, I've been incorporating shilajit gummies into my biohacking stack for 3 months now. The fulvic acid content is what drew me in - it's supposed to enhance mineral absorption and cellular energy production. I track my HRV and sleep data, and I've noticed a 12% improvement in recovery scores since adding them. The taste is fine, but I'm more interested in the adaptogenic properties. Have you checked the fulvic acid percentage on your bottle?

LunarLily makes a good point about the fulvic acid. I've been experimenting with different shilajit forms (resin, powder, and now gummies) for mitochondrial optimization. The gummies are convenient, but I'm concerned about the added sugars in some brands potentially negating benefits. What brand are you using? I'm currently testing a keto-friendly version with no added sugars, and the cognitive clarity has been noticeable during my morning deep work sessions.

As someone who's always rushing between meetings, the convenience factor is huge for me. I tried the gummies for two weeks instead of my usual coffee routine. Honestly, the energy feels more sustained without the jitters or crash. But they're pricey - about $30 for a month's supply. For those who've used them longer, do you think they're worth the cost compared to traditional shilajit resin? I'm trying to optimize both time and budget.

FuelFrank, I feel you on the price - mine were $35! LunarLily and SupplementSteve, I checked my bottle and it says 10% fulvic acid. Is that decent? Also, SupplementSteve, which keto brand are you using? I might switch if it means less sugar. So far I'm enjoying them, but I'm wondering if I should cycle them like some other supplements or take them daily.

10% fulvic is standard for gummies - resin typically has higher concentration (15-25%). FuelFrank, regarding cost: I calculate cost per serving of active compounds. Gummies are more expensive per mg of fulvic acid, but the convenience might justify it if it improves compliance. SupplementSteve23, I don't cycle shilajit - it's an adaptogen, so daily use is fine. The key is consistency. Anyone notice digestive differences compared to resin? I find gummies gentler on my stomach.
