Anybody else get super vivid dreams from these sleep gummies?

So I started taking the new sleep gummies about a week ago. They work great for helping me fall asleep, but I've been having these insanely vivid dreams! Not nightmares, just super detailed and weird. Last night I dreamt I was a talking carrot in a cooking show. Anyone else experience this? It's kinda fun but also a little trippy.

I haven't tried those, but honestly, I'm skeptical about anything that changes your brain chemistry. I read somewhere that some sleep aids can mess with REM sleep. Are the dreams disturbing? My daughter wants to try them but she's prone to night terrors. I need to know if this is common.

Oh man, vivid dreams are the norm for me with any sleep supplement. I'm a sleep-deprived parent, so when I finally get a good night's rest, my brain goes wild. I once dreamt I was flying over a city made of cheese. It's harmless. Just enjoy the free entertainment. But yeah, you're not alone.

I've been using these for a few months, and I noticed the vivid dreams only lasted the first couple of weeks. They eventually mellowed out. Also, make sure you're not taking too many – the dose can affect that. Start with half if it bothers you. But as a fitness pro, I can say the quality of sleep is worth it. Just don't binge-watch scary stuff before bed!
