Anyone else get crazy vivid dreams from these sleep gummies?
So I started taking these melatonin + chamomile sleep gummies a week ago, and I’m having the most vivid, strange dreams. Like movie-level plots. It’s not bad, just weird. Anyone else? Also, my pee is neon yellow—normal?
Lol yes! The dreams are wild. I dreamed I was a cat running for president. As for the pee, it’s the B vitamins. Totally harmless, just looks like highlighter fluid.
Vivid dreams are a sign your body is processing deep sleep! I actually love it. I journal mine now. Also, the neon pee is from riboflavin (B2). Stay hydrated and it’s fine.
Omg I thought I was the only one. My dreams are so detailed I wake up exhausted like I lived a whole other life. But they’re entertaining. And yeah, the pee thing scared me at first but it’s normal.
