Anyone else get super vivid dreams from sleep gummies?
So I started taking these new sleep gummies a few days ago, and as advertised I fall asleep faster. But my dreams have been CRAZY vivid. Like, I remembered every detail this morning. Not nightmares or anything, just really intense. Also, I weirdly crave pickles now? Anyone else experience this?
Haha, vivid dreams are a known side effect of melatonin! I get them too when I take my ZZZ Gummies. Try tracking your sleep with my smart ring; I noticed the dreams correlate with deeper sleep phases. The pickle thing is weird though... maybe it's the sugar craving? LOL.
I'd be suspicious of what's actually in those gummies. 'Natural flavors' can be anything. Bright urine? Some dyes do that. I'd rather stick to chamomile tea. Also, pickle craving? That's... odd. Keep an eye on it.
I've had similar! Not pickles, but I suddenly love broccoli. Most sleep gummies have a bit of B6 which can give you weird dreams. The taste bud thing? Could be the body adjusting. Stick to simple ingredients–I only use gummies with 3 ingredients. Works for me.
