Just saw this article about ZenZest's new cannabis approach. I've been struggling with sleep for months and tried everything from melatonin to CBD gummies. This sounds promising. What do you all think? Is it just hype or could it actually help with insomnia? Link: [article]

Oh, I remember when 'cannabis' meant something totally different! 😂 But seriously, if it’s refined like they say, maybe it’s the natural sleep aid we’ve been waiting for. I’d try it if it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste. Anyone know if these gummies are sugar-free?

I’m skeptical. Most of these 'elevated' products are just marketing fluff. Plus, if it’s derived from cannabis, I worry about the pesticides and processing. I stick to my paleo-friendly magnesium gummies. But I’ll keep an open mind if they release lab tests. Sleep is serious business.

I’ve been meditating more lately for sleep, but I’m not opposed to a little help. The article mentions 'elevated approach' — maybe they mean microdosing? I’d love to hear from someone who’s tried it. Does it make you groggy in the morning? That’s my fear.
