I had trouble sleeping for months, but these 9 Amazon gadgets finally helped me get some rest. (link) I was skeptical, but the weighted blanket and the white noise machine really did the trick. Anyone else have gadgets that helped? Or do you stick to supplements?

Thanks for sharing! I'm all for holistic approaches, but I've found a combo of meditation, a good bedtime routine, and calming supplements (like magnesium or melatonin gummies) works best for me. Gadgets can be overstimulating, but a simple sunrise alarm clock helped my circadian rhythm. What's your favorite gadget from the list?

As a granola parent, I try to avoid too much tech in the bedroom. But I'll admit, a good humidifier with essential oils (lavender) is a game changer! My kids even sleep better. But we still rely on our nightly vitamin gummies - they're non-negotiable. Do you use any sleep gummies or just gadgets?

Night shift worker here, so my sleep schedule is chaos. I've tried everything, including gadgets, and honestly the best thing for me was a combo of blackout curtains, a weighted eye mask, and a strict wind-down with magnesium glycinate gummies. The gadgets help but they're not miracles. Also, that article has some links to pricier items - I found dupes for way less.

I'm a weekend warrior, so I don't have chronic insomnia, but I need to recover after intense workouts. I use a foam roller for my muscles and a sleep tracker to optimize my rest. I tried those weighted blankets but they made me feel claustrophobic. Been thinking of trying CBD gummies for deeper sleep - anyone have experience?
