Are sleep gummies just candy in disguise?

I get that sleep gummies are convenient, but 5g of sugar per gummy? That's basically candy. I'd rather take a pill than feel like I'm eating dessert before bed.

Totally agree, Greg. I go paleo and these gummies are full of corn syrup and other junk. I just use magnesium powder before bed. Why does everything have to be made into a sugary treat?

I'm with you guys. As a mom I'm cautious about what I give my kids. These 'supplements' are marketing them as healthy but they're just sugar. I'd rather give them a small piece of fruit if they need something sweet.

Exactly! And the price too - I'm paying premium for something I could get from a gummy bear. There have to be better options that work without all the sugar.

Have you tried the sugar-free ones? Some have stevia or monk fruit. I found a brand that uses honey, but even then it's not ideal. At least they're not full of high fructose corn syrup.
